Roseland Holiday Cottage Bungalow Worcester South May 06  This self catering accommodation is a fully equipped  modern bungalow connected to the main house, with one shared access and also a separate front door.   Although set up as a self contained holiday cottage, hosts Guy and Mary can be found on hand and on site.  A large lawned garden surrounds the property. The view from the front garden is shown on the welcome page. The family run self catering bungalow is dedicated to weekly holiday lets, or when available its double room is used for Bed & Breakfast guests.  A Wi-Fi internet router is available.  In the winter, lets are usually at least a month's duration.  For Current availability and Prices click on availability.  Further details on rental charges are displayed below the pictures.

 The centrally heated bungalow sleeps 3, having 2 bedrooms (a double with kingsize bed and a single).  The bathroom has bath and separate shower cubicle and the kitchen/dining room has an additional sofa and flat-screen TV.   The sitting room has a 3-seater bed settee, 2 armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a cabinet equipped with assorted books and games.   The conservatory, which provides the main access to the bungalow, also includes extra seating.

Electricity, gas, linen and towels are included in holiday rental charges. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Cot and highchair available on request. Equipment includes gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, 2 digital flat-screen colour TVs and radio CD player.   Extra freezer space available in garage.  Clothes drying facilities in back garden or utility room of main house.

Self catering holiday season weekly lets, and winter monthly lets, rental charges are in GBP-British Pounds:

Weekly lets run from Saturday pm  to Saturday am. Arrivals from 3.00pm onwards, bungalow to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.   A deposit of 50 per week is required, the balance to be paid one month before commencement date.  Booking is confirmed when deposit received.    Payment in full is required for booking made less than one month before arrival date.  Deposits are not refunded on cancellation unless we are able to re-let.  We advise you to have holiday cancellation insurance. How to find  the Roseland

Directions from M5 (approx 10 minutes): exit Junc.7, take direction Worcester.  Next roundabout, left on A449 / A4440 towards Malvern until roundabout junction with A38.  Turn left, direction Tewkesbury.   Follow A38 through Kempsey & after approx 1 mile turn right at second Clifton turn (after right-hand bend).  "Roseland" is the first house on the right.

Directions from M5 - from the south (approx 10 minutes): exit Junc.8 and take M50 for 1 short section.

Directions from M50: exit Junc.1, take A38 towards Worcester.  1 mile after Severn Stoke, turn left into Clifton.   "Roseland" is first house on the right.
